Abstract

In my Master’s thesis I focused on recruitment and selection employees, with a focus on closer collaboration with recruitment agencies. The goal of my Master’s thesis was to analyze the process of recruitment and selection employees in the company ALEGRA a.s., assessment of the processes and on the basis of processing of proposals and recommendations for possible improvements. In the theoretical part, I focused on information recruitment and selection of the literature. In the first practical part devote a few words of introduction ALEGRA a.s.. The second practical part describes the process of recruitment and selection of employees, the process filling vacant positions from internal and external sources, including a description of the first experience of working with recruitment agencies. The third practical part focuses on the evaluation of recruitment and selection process on the basis of questionnaire analysis and overall assessment of the cooperation. In conclusion my Master’s thesis, I submitted the proposals and recommendations that can improve the quality of the process of cooperation and lead to satisfaction on both sides.
