Realizace regionálních individuálních projektů prostřednictvím Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the employment policy of the Czech Republic and its relation to the strategy of the European Union. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the impact of the chosen project „Odborné praxe pro mladé do 30 let v MSK“ on the employment of its participants. The project was implemented through the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment during 2007-2013. The results show that the project was beneficial and had positive impact on the employment of the majority of participants. In this case were the European means allocated correctly.
