Analýza konkurenceschopnosti stolařského mikropodniku

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of competitiveness of a joinery microfirm Stolařství IDEÁL Šebesta s.r.o. and the thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with defining basic concepts such as enterprise, entrepreneurship, competitiveness, and further theories of individual methods that will be used for the analysis. The company is described and analyzed using PEST, Porter's and spider analysis, as well as ratio analysis and SWOT analysis. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the company's position in relation to its competitors. Based on the results, proposals and recommendations will be created for maintaining or increasing competitiveness.
