Abstract

The present thesis aims at the electronic records of sales and its implementation in chosen company. Electronic records of sales are the new and modern tool whose purpose is to improve tax collection and to provide equal market conditions for entrepreneurs. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals primarily with theoretical basis related to electronic records of sales, but also related to company and its objectives and taxes. The second part of bachelor thesis is divided into several parts. The first part contains information about chosen company and its organizational structure. The next part deals with practical implementation of the electronic records of sales system in chosen company. In this part there are also included and described sales and costs of the company. The next part describes information about EET operation in the Czech Republic. A survey about the electronic records of sales and position of individual subjects are analyzed and included in the last part.
