Optimalizace materiálových toků v nadnárodní společnosti Dura

Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor work is the optimization of material flows in a multinational company Dura Automotive Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts of logistics, which are related to this issue. The following methods are used in the work, which is the problem solved. This part is followed by the practical part, where the company is introduced, which was chosen for this work, as well as problem identification, the current packaging system management in the enterprise and the individual calculations. The purpose of this section is the application of selected methods - diagnostic mission, analysis of input data and simulation data in the tables in practice. At the end of work are evaluated and summarized the results and based on them are given the appropriate measures, suggestions or recommendations.
