Využití statistických a grafických metod pro zpracování dat o kvalitě.

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the use of seven fundamental statistical and graphical quality management tools in the analysis of quality data within an engineering company. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most common causes of nonconformities and propose measures to improve processes based on these findings. Tools such as the Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart, and histogram were employed for data processing. The analysis was carried out using annual data categorized by individual processes and quarters. Through Pareto analysis, the vital few nonconformities that have the greatest impact on quality were identified. The results revealed specific areas where efficiency can be improved and costs reduced through targeted actions. The thesis concludes with concrete recommendations for optimizing production processes based on the identified key nonconformities.
