Abstract

The objective of thesis consists in testing the quality of weld joints of the ball grinder shell. Tested weld seams are X-type, V-type and K-type. The surface had been checked with magnetic particle method using electromagnetic yoke and inner homogeneity had been checked using an ultrasonic method. Evaluation is performed according to the customer's specifications.
