Možnosti improvizovaného a provizorního ukrytí v obci Brodek u Přerova

Abstract

This thesis deals with improvised and provisional sheltering in the municipality of Brodek u Přerova. The theoretical definition of the solved problems explains the basic concepts and legal standards for the protection of the population and sheltering. Furthermore, it outlines the historical development, current status and the newly proposed sheltering of the population in the Czech Republic and the current state of hiding in the village Brodek u Přerova. In the analytical part there is an analysis of provisional sheltering in the selected European countries and the analysis of potential risks in the municipality. On top of that, it analyses objects suitable for sheltering the population. Based on the analysis of possible threats to the municipality and the results of the analysis of objects, this thesis contains various proposals for improvised and provisional sheltering in the municipality of Brodek u Přerova.
