Rozvoj přístupů k analýzám systému měření v případě atributivních znaků kvality

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the summary and analysis of approaches that focuses on the measurement system analysis for the control of attributive quality characteristics. The theoretical part is dedicated to a detailed analysis of the individual metods described in the methologies for the measurement system analysis. There are also elaborated and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of two currently most widely used methodologies MSA and VDA 5. The practical part is dedicated to the aplication of methods that are described in these two methodologies on data that were obtained in collaboration with company from the automotive industry. In final part of this work is conducted a joint evaulation of all realised methods and obtained results on which basis was proposed appropriate recommendations and suggestions for possible improvements.
