Hospodaření vybrané neziskové organizace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hospodaření vybrané neziskové organizace. Cílem této práce je na základě konkrétních údajů o zvoleném subjektu analyzovat a zhodnotit jeho činnosti a hospodaření ve zvoleném časovém období. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezen prostor pro neziskové organizace v rámci národního hospodářství, dále je uvedeno několik teorií neziskového sektoru, třídící znaky a typologie neziskových organizací, právní úprava jejich činností a zdroje a metody jejich financování. V praktické části je na úvod stručně shrnuta historie vybrané neziskové organizace PONTIS Šumperk o. p. s. a popsána její organizační struktura. Následuje podrobná analýza činnosti společnosti podle jednotlivých poskytovaných sociálních a ostatních služeb. Dále jsou analyzovány zdroje financování a provedena finanční analýza hospodaření, která se zaměřuje na výši a strukturu výnosů, nákladů a výsledků hospodaření jak v jednotlivých letech, tak i za celkové sledované období. Praktická část je doplněna o údaje z rozvahy společnosti a SWOT analýzu. V závěru praktické části je provedeno zhodnocení všech analyzovaných oblastí a jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení činnosti a hospodaření, která vyplynula z analýzy činnosti, finanční analýzy a ze SWOT analýzy.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the management of non-profit organizations . The aim of this work is to, based on the specific details of the selected entity, analyze and evaluate its activities and operations in the selected time period . The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is dealing with the place for non-profit organizations in the national economy , as with a few theories of the nonprofit sector , classifications and typologies of NGOs , legal regulation of their activities and the sources and methods of their financing. The introduction of the practical part briefly summarizes the history of non-profit organization PONTIS Šumperk p.b.o. and describes its organization and structure followed by detailed analysis of the company based on the social and other services provided. Next part is dealing with the analysis of funding resources and financial analysis of management that focuses on the amount and structure of revenues, expenses and economooperation both in individual years , as well as for the overall study period. In addition, the practical part contains data from the balance sheet of a SWOT analysis. In the conclusion of the practical part is an assessment of all areas analyzed and recommendations designed to improve the operations and management that emerged from the analysis of business , financial analysis and the SWOT analysis.
