Abstract

The subject of the thesis was to devise technological procedures and solutions to compare two types of roofing flat roof for office building. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is relate to project documentation for building permit of the object. The second part contains the technical processes of both variant of roofing, as well as the schedule for the building roofing, itemized budgets and construction site for building roofing. The main part of this thesis contains technological procedure and comparison of two types of roofing flat roof. One option is flat roof, the other is green roof. Both roofs are compared by financial and time perspective.
