Abstract
The aim of the thesis was to develop a business plan in TOROLA Design Ltd. and thus create new, more effective sales strategy taximeter in this company. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of the business plan and its structure. The practical part deals with analysis of the current state of the enterprise, external environment analysis and product analysis company. The last part of my thesis deals with the actual business plan.
