Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with theoretical resources of enterprise in small and medium-sized companies as well as with the creation of a business plan for a fictional company.

It comprises of the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, also includes an analysis of an entrepreneur profile and characterization of a limited liability company. Furthermore, there is a brief description of the process used to establish a limited liability company including the necessary documents. The longest part of the bachelor thesis focuses on a business plan for a fictional massage salon.

The aim of this paper is to provide an information framework for potential entrepreneurs. On the grounds of that they should be able to consider and decide whether it would be feasible to start their own business. The other aim is to create a simple manual for establishing a company.
