Abstract
This work is specialized to teoretic analysis technology MPLS and to practic launching and detection of transmition latency in the usage. This work reflects the design of MPLS network. In this network there is labelling other parameters and assignment in equivalence class on base Traffic engineering (TE). Traffic engineering will realize by the help of TE tunnels and explicit choose of the track.
