Průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The subject of Bachelor thesis is „Employee Satisfaction Survey in Selected Company“, analysis of employee´s satisfaction based on survey of selected company and creation of recommendations for an improvement. Thesis is divided into two areas, first one is teoretical including employee´s satisfaction, motivation and marketing research. Second and practial area is focused on company itself, its organizational structure, personal and social policy and working time. The survey has been used for finding of suggestions that could contribute to higher employee´s satisfaction.
