Spracovanie mapovaní mravenisk v lokalite Kramolín

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the processing of anthill mapping. The theoretical part contains fundamental informations about life and behavior of ant colonies in nature. The practical part contains the design and detailed description of the creation of an automated data processing procedure using a visual programming language designed to create models from tools programmed by the Python. It further describes the application of the created procedure to the data provided from the site mapping for the last three years. It contains visualizations of mapped attribute properties in the form of statistical outputs together with the interpretation of these outputs. The next part describes the visualizations creating process of selected attribute properties in the form of map outputs. At the end of the thesis, conclusions are deduced from the achieved results. The created models and tools for automated data processing together with statistical and map outputs will be provided to other students who will map the locality of interest in the following years.
