Analýza přístupů a dopadů metody Leader na rozvoj venkova

Abstract

The thesis discusses rural issues, part of witch became the method of Leader. This method seeks to restore confidence in the rural area and renewal of rural general in the countries of Euroepan Union. Aim of the thesis was to analyze the approaches to the Leder method in the the Czech Republic and evaluation of the impact of this concept through the aktivities of Local action groups, especially in the 2007-2013 programming period, based on subjectively selected criterias. In the theoretical part of the thesis, then, the method of induction and deduction was used for defining Leader method and its potential benefits for rural areas, or method of analysis for studying of the approaches to the Leader method through a guided interview with the Leader actors in the Czech Republic. In accordance with the stated aim of the thesis was made an evaluation of the impact of the scheme in terms of the Czech Republic in the period 2007-2013 followed by a comparison of the identified approaches and actual impacts. From the findings of the thesis follows that the Leader method in the Czech Republic has its reasons. This concept is trying to change the decision-making at the international, national, regional and local levels for the benefit of people, who are understood and recognized as the best experts on the local environment and their own future.
