Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with project of family house situated in Mokré Lazce. The main task was to make architectual and technical parts of project for building construction. The object is designed to be usable and fully functional, which is related to its interior layout. The design complies with standards for building projection, foremost in building typology and orientation. The object has "H" letter ground plan and its design respects all these rules and standards. Essential part of the thesis deals with selection of construction systems which are both available and easily executable during construction. The thesis respects and complies with building law and regulations. However, the most important fact is that family house should be convenient, first of all, to its occupants.
