This thesis deals in a detailed manner with the preparedness of the Prague 7 District Authority to implement appropriate emergency measures during a state of emergency. It includes analysis of the requirement to compile an appropriate Crisis Preparedness Plan, analysis of hazardous elements to critical infrastructure and presents the concept of the Crisis Preparedness plan to the Prague 7 District Authority.
