Abstract
The main subject of this diploma thesis is the design of heating and ventilation of an office building located in the city district of Brno - Tuřany. The thesis is divided into 3 main parts - text, drawings and annexes. As a heat source is designed air-water heat pump in combination with heating elements. Forced ventilation in the building uses heat recovery for better efficiency of the system. The hot water is prepared by means of storage heating. The work is developed with regard to the now important and topical subject of renewable energy.
