Návrh metodiky pro stanovení odstupových vzdáleností stávajících objektů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stanovování odstupových vzdáleností stávajících objektů v rámci požárně bezpečnostního řešení stavby. V úvodu je definováno, jaké jsou legislativní požadavky v rámci České republiky právě pro stanovování odstupových vzdáleností mezi sousedními objekty. V další části je popsáno, jaké mechanismy v Česku v dnešní době používáme k určení odstupových vzdáleností z hlediska požární bezpečnosti. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsány tři zahraniční přístupy k tomuto tématu, které využívají zjednodušené postupy oproti tomu českému. V další části jsou potom jednotlivé metody mezi sebou porovnány a popsány hlavní limity českého přístupu, z čehož pak vychází poslední kapitola, kterou je návrh metodiky pro stanovení odstupových vzdáleností stávajících objektů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of determinig the fire separation distance of existing buildings within the fire safety solution of the building. In the introduction it is defined what are the legislative requirements in the Czech Republic for determining the separation distan-ce between neighbouring constructions. In the next part there is described which mechanisms are currently used in the Czech Republic to determine the fire separation distances. The third chapter describes three foreign approaches for this topic that use simplified procedures com-pared to the Czech one. In the next section, the methods are compared with each other and there is also the description of the main limitations of the Czech approach. This is the basis for the last chapter which focuses on the proposal of a methodology for calculatin the safe fire separating distance for existing buildings.
