Analýza vybraných procesů ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The theme of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of selected processes in a manufacturing company. The aim is to analyze the material handling on the oxidation department and distribution of materials on the assembly department in the company Brembo Czech s. r. o. and propose measures to improve these processes. The first part describes the theoretical and methodical basis of processes analysis. Next part of the thesis is devoted to describing the manufacturing company and selected processes followed by measurement and analysis of these processes. Specifically, the measurement of time consumption by using the method of imaging the working day. By analysis was identified the waste of time in both processes. In the last part are presented suggestions to eliminate this waste.
