Abstract
The main objective of this thesis was to look at what options different enviroments provide for
creating packages and compere them as well as comparing different languages used for data science.
The practical parth of this thesis then covers every step leading to creation and distribution of an R
package starting with a basic example and finaly showing the process of creating R package using
the C++ implementation of Sugiyama algorithm.
