Abstract
The bachelor thesis presents questions of business planning. In the first part analysing particular realms and consequently aiming on presentive factors, especially on the section of budgets.. The second part offers look into planning of the company STZ-servis a.s. and resulting analysis. On the basis of gained informations, suggestions for improvement of business planning level in selected company are given.
