Strategický management ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Thesis named "Strategy proposal for a selected organization" is strategicaly analysing current system in chosen company. Goal of this thesis is accomplish strategic analyze in Fotbal Frýdek-Místek s.r.o. company. Thesis contain eight ongoing chapters, including introduction and ending. Theoretic part is focused on determination of basic terms strategic management and strategic analysis areas. In next chapter is described company on which I used this strategic anlysis. In practical part I applied methods mentioned in theoretic part into use. End of work is about proposing strategies which I was chosing from used analysis.
