Abstract

The goal of the master thesis „Crisis Profile Assessment in a Selected Business Unit“ isto conduct internal and external analysis of the chosen company and propose measures against potential crisis events, which endanger the selected company. Theoretical part describes the crisis, crisis management, internal and external analysis, which will be the basis for creating a SWOT analysis, determination of risk events and creation of a crisis matrix.According to the results of these analyses contingency plans, proposals, and recommendations for preventive measures wereelaborated.
