Abstract
The bachelor thesis includes evaluation of provided care for employees in the wellness hotel. The first part deals with the theoretical aspects of HR activities, human resources management and explains the basic concepts of employee care. The second part contains cost benefit analysis and evaluation of the current state of provided care by questionnaire survey method. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to proposals for solution and formulation of recommendations.
