Abstract

The object of the diploma thesis is to analyse the present applicable legal legislative concerning municipalities and voluntary associations of municipalities including accounting and organizations established by them. Organizations established by a village have legal legislative, issue of economy and possession of contributive organization. Great emphasis is placed on contributive organizations and administrative sectors of the village. What follows is the speculation over the change of the legal form of established organizations. Practical application is shown on the example of the economy analysis of organizations constituted by the town Chropyně.
