Návrh optimalizace webové prezentace univerzitní mateřské školy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu webových stránek Univerzitní mateřské školy VŠB – TUO. Cílem práce je analyzovat kvalitu těchto stránek a na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu navrhnout řadu možností pro optimalizaci webové prezentace. Práce sestává ze sedmi kapitol, zahrnujících úvod a závěr. Druhá kapitola práce pojednává o teoretických východiscích webových stránek a třetí o instituci školky jako takové, je zde zahrnuto i srovnání univerzitní mateřské školy s nejbližší konkurencí. Třetí kapitolou je ukončena teoretická část práce. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola práce obsahuje popis metodiky a analýzu výsledků. Pro výzkum byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření, spolu s uživatelským testováním webových stránek. Oba druhy výzkumu se zaměřovaly především na vnímání přehlednosti, důvěryhodnosti, aktuálnosti a mnoho dalších. Data získaná prostřednictvím obou výzkumů byla následně porovnávána. V šesté kapitole sepsala autorka práce řadu návrhů pro optimalizaci prezentace webu.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the website of the VŠB – TUO University Preschool. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the quality of this website and, based on the results of the research, propose a number of options for optimizing the website. The thesis consists of seven chapters, including an introduction and a conclusion. The second chapter of the thesis discusses the theoretical foundations of websites, and the third chapter focuses on the kindergarten institution itself, including a comparison of the university kindergarten with its closest competitors. The third chapter concludes the theoretical part of the thesis. The research section of the thesis describes the methodology and data analysis, and concludes with a series of proposals for improving the website. The research utilized a questionnaire survey method combined with user testing of the website. Both types of research focused primarily on perception, clarity, credibility, timeliness, and many other factors. The data obtained through both research methods were subsequently compared and analyzed. In the sixth chapter, the author outlines a series of proposals for optimizing the website’s presentation.
