Analýza spokojenosti návštěvníků technické památky důlní oblasti Landek Park

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of people visiting Landek Park, place located in Ostrava in The Czech Republic. It was realized on the basis of marketing research of visitor´s satisfaction. I also focused on the history of local coal mining, e.g. recultivation after the cessation of mining activities and subsequent building of mining museum. Practical part is furthermore focused on gathering of available data and analysing one hundred questionnaires to determine the visitor’s overall satisfaction.
