Abstract

V mé bakalářské prací se zabývám managementem organizace firmy TOP School s.r.o. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická vysvětluje pojmy, které jsou v práci využívány a jsou spojeny s managementem organizace. V druhé, praktické, části představuji firmu TOP School s.r.o., její organizační strukturu, popisuji práci jednotlivých pracovníků a ředitelky společnosti. Pomocí dotazníků a konzultací s ředitelkou společnosti, hlavní lektorkou a sekretářkou ostravské pobočky jsem zjistil nedostatky v organizaci práce sekretářek společnosti. Zpracoval jsem tato data a zanalyzoval všechny nedostatky. V poslední části jsem navrhl možná řešení vedoucí ke zlepšení současné organizační struktury práce zaměstnanců firmy TOP School s.r.o.

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the management of organization of TOP School Ltd. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts – a theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part explains terms which are used further on in the thesis and are interconnected with the management of organization. In the second, practical part, I introduce TOP School Ltd, its organization structure, I describe the work of particular employees and of the director of the company. By the means of questionnaires and consultations with the director, head teacher and the secretary of the branch in Ostrava, I found out shortcomings in the work organization of secretaries of the company. I processed the data and made analysis of all shortcomings. In the last part, I suggested possible solutions leading to the improvement of a recent organization structure of work of the TOP School employees.
