Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the quality management system in an energy company. The main objective of the thesis is to assess the setting and performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and to identify opportunities for their improvement. The theoretical part describes the principles of quality management systems, quality management tools, and KPI-related issues. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of individual departments and their KPIs, including the evaluation of data from internal software. Based on the findings, measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of quality management and improve the overall performance of the organization.
