Prognóza socioekonomických vlivů na evropský elektromobilový průmysl

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the forecast of socioeconomic influences on the European electric vehicle industry. The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify, analyze and forecast the key socioeconomic influences that will have an impact on the development of the electric vehicle industry in the European Union in the horizon of the following approximately 9-15 years. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the issue of forecasting and describes the selected methods. Furthermore, the electric vehicle industry in Europe is characterized, including key technologies and components of electric vehicles. In the practical part, a PESTLE analysis is applied, which determines the most significant factors, and their probable impact on the European electric vehicle industry. The results from the PESTLE analysis are applied in the scenario method. The results of the analysis and the proposed scenarios of possible future development of electromobility were described and discussed in detail. The study provides a comprehensive insight into future trends and challenges of the European electric vehicle industry. The acquired knowledge can be used in strategic planning and decision-making by various entities in this dynamically developing area.
