Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate process of employee recruitment and selection systems in a chosen organization. First part of this thesis is focused on theory of employee recruitment and selection. Second part of this thesis tries to analyze existing practice of researched problem in selected organization. There are in detail described sources of employee recruitment, applied methods of employee selection processes and evaluation of employee questionnaire.
