Abstract
Financial analysis assesses the overall financial situation, especially evaluation of past and current developments, and its performance. The aim of this bachelor thesisk is assessing the financial situation of the company EPCOS s.r.o. from 2005 to 2011 using financial ratios. The first part focuses on the nature of financial analysis approach. The second part presents the selected company, including horizontal and vertical analysis for the years 2005-2011. The third part focuses on the quantification of ratios. In conclusion is evaluated their financial situation of EPCOS s.r.o.
