Projekt vybraných technických systémů obytné budovy s nízkou energetickou náročností a moderními systémy

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s požadavky na návrh elektroinstalace rodinného domu, a to jak z pohledu investora, tak z hlediska platných norem a současné legislativy. V teoretické části práce jsou analyzovány vybrané technologie využívané v moderních obytných budovách. Praktická část je za-měřena na zpracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení a na ekonomické zhod-nocení navrženého řešení.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to familiarize the reader with the requirements for the design of the electrical installation of a family house, both from the investor's point of view and from the point of view of valid standards and current legislation. The theoretical part of the thesis analyses selected technologies used in modern residential buildings. The practical part is focused on the processing of project documen-tation at the building permit stage and on the economic evaluation of the proposed solution.
