Oceňování věcných břemen

Abstract

The thesis is focused on market and administrative methods of valuation of real burdens and on the theory and practice of real burdens transfers taken by county borough Opava, Ostrava and Havířov. I chose three factual examples which are the real burden of electric line of high voltage situated above the arable land intended for family house build-up in the cadastral territory Markvartovice, the real burden of the sewerage located on the track of land used as electric railway in the cadastral territory Smolkov and the real burden of crossing over foreign track of land in the cadastral territory Ludgeřovice.

The aim of the thesis is to estimate ways of valuation of real burdens on the factual examples. In abeyance of the aim of the thesis the general working hypothesis was appointed and confirmed that prices ascertained by administrative methods of valuation disagree to real market-price of real burdens.
