Revitalizace bytového domu s novým tepelným zdrojem

Abstract

This thesis contains reconstruction design for panel house at Majakovského street, Havířov. Design includes changes of indoor disposition, insulation of external walls with window replacement, according to energy requirement of the building. The design is also solving the building heating and proposal for its source, which is cascade of gas boilers and concept of its control. Design and calculation of the individual elements of heating system with forced circulation. Dimensioning of hot and cold water lines. Method of heating the hot water using indirect tank heater. Design of the hot water circulation. The proposed modifications were designed in order to reduce energy needs for the operation of the building.
