Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektovým řízením v oblasti IT se zaměřením na proces řízení rizik. Práce hodnotí stávající metodiky a nástroje pro řízení projektů ve společnosti Tieto a navrhuje na základě dosažených poznatků z metodik pro řízení rizik vhodný způsob řízení rizik. Výstupem práce jsou postupy a návrhy a podpůrné nástroje na zlepšení řízení rizik. Praktická část práce se věnuje řízením rizik na reálném projektu Oracle Real Appplikaction Cluster, na kterém byly použity navržené nástroje a postupy.

This thesis deals with project management within IT with focus on risk management process. The thesis evaluates current methodology and tools used for project management at Tieto company and on a basis of acquired knowledge from methodology for the risk management it suggests adequate means of the risk management. The output of this thesis are procedures, proposals and supporting tools for improving the risk management. The practical of the thesis focuses on the risk management within a real project Oracle Real Application Cluster where were applied suggested tools and procedures.
