Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the competitiveness of enterprises. The aim is to evaluate the competitiveness of the firm on the basis of data obtained using the methods and tools of strategic analysis. The theoretical part is based on the findings of the authors dealing with the issues. The practical part includes firm characteristics and practical use of tools of strategic analysis of business environment. The last part relates to the recommendations that can improve business competitiveness.
