Komunikace mezi HZS a jadernou elektrárnou při mimořádné události

Abstract

This Theses is focused on problematics in communication and communicating channels between South Bohemian fire brigade and the nuclear power station Temelín. It describes the transfer of information and it´s following progress in case an extraordinary event occures at Temelín. The introduction describes current state of communication and communication tools and how to secure them during a power outage. The current situation of departments, which are involved in the transfer of information, is also introduced. The characteristics of security in case of longterm outage is presented as well. The conclusions evaluate the current state and suggest the usage of new ways of communication and data sharing between Temelín and fire brigade during an extraordinary event of 3. degree.
