Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the practical implementation of the beginning of a family business. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan together with the establishment of a fictitious limited liability company.

The thesis is structured into two main parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the literature research of theoretical knowledge, which represents the basis for the practical part of the thesis. Literature research is prepared on the basis of the Czech and foreign professional literature. The specifics defined here are associated with a family business and its development in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis deals with the establishment of a fictitious limited liability company, the compilation of a business plan and a document ensuring harmony between the family and business, which is the family constitution.
