Polyfunkční dům – obchod a administrativa, Horní náměstí v Opavě

Abstract

The task of this Bachelor thesis was to make the architectural and engineering documentation for the implementation of the construction of Multifunctional building - business and administration, Horní náměstí in Opava. Documentation for thesis formed the Urban Studies - semester project course Project Studio III, Study construction (design works) - semester project course Project Studio IV, and part of the documentation for building permits - semester project course Project Studio Va. Project documentation was prepared according to applicable norms and sorted according to ed. 499/2006 Coll. the construction documentation.

Building project focuses on the revitalization of the existing commercial building - Slezanka and high-rise building of the Ministry of Agriculture, located on the Upper Square in the middle of the downtown Opava. The resulting solution fully respects the territorial planning documents of Opava town.
