Optimalizace technologie lití kotlového článku

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the optimization of casting technology of stationary gas boiler G 27 – middle segment of Viadrus Company a.s. G 27 middle segment from material EN-GJL-150 is produced by gravity casting in sand mold. After thorough observation and recording habitats of casting defects was approached to the proposal itself gating system and its functional verification in simulation software MAGMA 5.3 module Magma Iron. After a series of production tests the gating system have been optimized and introduced into serial production.
