Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial management of the municipality with focus on direct taxes. The thesis specifies incomes and expenditures of the municipality Frýdek-Místek especially it specifies the incomes from direct taxes revenue and it evaluates the financial management of the municipality in years 2009 - 2011. The thesis deals with the analysis of the financial management of the municipality and with the analysis of incomes from direct taxes. It includes a theoretical part in which it deals with a theory municipality, municipal authorities and a financial management of municipality.
