Návrh strategie sportovně relaxačního centra

Abstract

The goal of the Graduation Theses is Strategic Analysis performance and Strategy Proposal for improvement of situation of Sportingly- Relaxation Centre Fit AURA. An analysis of Fundamental Strategy Management Resources and detailed description of particular steps of Process of Strategy is a part of the theses. Strategic analysis was done using Analyses of External and Internal Environment of the center. Future vision of the center and a Strategy Proposal were set out based on results of the analysis.

Individual Apparent Interview based Research Methods and own direct and indirect observations as the best methods corresponding to problems of the thesis were used.
