Právní úprava příspěvkových organizací v České republice

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis entitled "The Legal Adjustment of Semi-Budgetary Organisations in the Czech Republic" is to characterize the legal adjustment, management and financing of semi-budgetary organisations in the Czech Republic. Within the frame of the bachelor thesis, methods of analysis, comparison and synthesis are used. Basic terms that relate to this issue are defined and it is assessed on the basis of acquired theoretical knowledge whether that particular system is favourable for the organisations or not. The first chapter focuses on the division of semi-budgetary organisations, their primary and additional activity, specific rights and obligations and, not least, on the statutory body. The second chapter defines funds, possessions and financial resources which the organisation manages. In the last chapter, the acquired theoretical knowledge is applied to a specific semi-budgetary organisation (Business Academy and Higher Professional School of Social Sciences, Ostrava-Mariánské Hory).
