Abstract

The thesis first describes the social security system in the CR, which is formed by three separated and connected to each other systems - social assistance, social insurance and social support. Individual systems differ in the way benefits are financed or how the systems are the organizational support systems (social security organization). Attention is focused on one of these organizations, it is the Social Security Administration Office. Is described in detail the organizational structure of the Social Security Administration Office in Ostrava, where the analysis activities, but you can not analyze all of these activities, and for this reason only selected premium choice. For the analysis are used the internal statistical data, the results are then consulted directly with the individual employee Social Security Administration. The aim of the analysis is to determine whether there are weaknesses. In conclusion, the overall assessment of the information collected and the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of collecting premiums.
