Abstract
The main subject of the thesis titled “Elaboration of a Business Plan for Establishing a New Business” is the creation of a business plan for establishing the tour operator Great Way, s.r.o., which specializes in authentic excursion tours and virtual reality services. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the market, assess the potential for success, and evaluate the economic efficiency and sustainability of the proposed business venture. The theoretical framework encompasses the fundamental concepts and components of a business plan, including its significance, purpose, and development process. Additionally, the thesis explores the company's external and internal environments, including various analytical tools such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and a well-defined marketing mix strategy. The final part of the theoretical section analyzes the classification of tour operators, the rights and obligations of tour operators, and the differences between tour operators and travel agencies. The practical part of the thesis presents the company and the complete business plan for the tour operator Great Way, s.r.o. It begins with an executive summary followed by an introduction of the founder of the tour operator Great Way, s.r.o. The subsequent sections delve into the business opportunity, the range of services offered by the tour operator, and the procurement of necessary suppliers.
