Abstract

This master thesis designs and implements the control and monitoring system for a pipeline filling station, which modulates the pressure and speed of oil transportation. The filling station is set up of four parallel pumps. The pumps are connected by pipeline and flow is controlled by few valves. Whole station is controlled by logical controller SACAPack357. Initial part of work speaks about control hardware and monitoring system selection. Next part deals with communication protocols Modbus and DNP3. Control programs are made in programming environment ISaGraf verse 3.55 using graphical programming language Functional Block Diagram. The visualization was programmed in CitectSCADA 7.0 software.
